Please use the following links when utilizing art history research for my classroom. Most of the sites contain information about the artist, art movement, and art background.

Moodle

Online classroom database available to students and parents. Each class is listed with basic information about what to expect from my classroom. Once enrolled, students will have access to notes, assignments, and websites needed for homework or classwork. All three classes--2D, Advanced 2D, and IB Art--have their own moodle pages.

Artcyclopedia

Informational website for artist and art movement information.Pages provide basic information of artist or art movement, and links show further artwork or another page with more information.
Website also includes an art glossary of basic terms.

Sanford-A lifetime of color

Website dedicated to the art elements and principles of design. Gives a brief definition of each element and principle, along with online activities and project ideas. Website also covers some art movements .

International Baccalaureate

Website dedicated to the IB organization. Talks about what the program entails, along with links to the online curriculum center. Discusses requirements for diploma, along with an online chat forum for teachers to discuss ideas and lesson plans.
