The following lesson is about using Adobe Photoshop Elements as a tool and
as a creative device in creating original artwork and learning basic technology skills.
Students were to upload an original image and modify using different applications
within Photoshop. Students were introduced to the lesson with a PowerPoint presentation with the overall product they were
using. Then, the students were given a demonstration of how to modify a picture using the overhead projector and my personal
laptop.
After the demonstration, the students had two in class days to pick an image
and modify it within the Photoshop Elements program. The students emailed the final edited photograph.
With the modified image, the student chose the best media choice to replicate
the image into a two dimensional artwork.
